Event Communication
Pre-race emails are sent out 1-3 days prior to race day.
Refunds & Credits
Runners may receive a full race credit to any race of their choosing with a minimum 14-day notice. Race credits cannot be transferred for notices less than 14 days. We do not offer full refunds. Receive your credit by canceling your registration. To cancel, log into Ultrasignup > Registration History and select “Edit” to cancel your race. Your credit needs to be used within one year. If you need an extended time to use your credit due to medical reasons (including pregnancy) or military deployments, please reach out beforehand. Registrations can not be transferred to another participant.
Discounts
We proudly offer discounts for all active duty military & first responders. Please email carley@texasoutlawrunning.com with an ID of your profession to claim your discount.
Race Apparel or Medals
Please note, Texas Outlaw Running Company does not ship out race apparel or medals.
Changing Distances
If you are registered and want to change your distance, go to your email confirmation and click on "Edit Order." You can also log into your Ultrasignup account > Registration History and select "Edit" for your race.

Shirts/Event Swag
If you register 2-3 week prior to an event, all event shirts and other swag may be sold out. To ensure you get a shirt and event swag, please register at least 2-3 weeks before the event.

Lower Entry Prices
We offer very low pricing 3-6 months prior to all events. If you want a discounted price, consider registering early.
